What you get. AI-assisted virtual staging of photos you send: furniture and decor added, the room's walls, windows, floors and shape unchanged. Every delivered image carries a “Virtually staged” label. You are responsible for disclosing virtual staging as your MLS and local rules require. Don't remove the label in a way that misleads buyers.
Your photos. You must own the photos or have permission to have them edited. We use them only to do your order and don't publish them without your written OK. We delete originals after 90 days.
Redos and refunds. If a staged photo isn't right, reply and we'll redo it free. If we still can't get it right, we refund that photo.
Turnaround. Within 24 hours of receiving your photos, usually sooner. Prices are in USD and shown on the home page.
